Enhancing Experience and Efficiency for New Hires
Project Scope
The client engaged Atracore to streamline the onboarding process for new employees. The goal was to structure information in a way that makes new hires feel welcomed, valued, and well-prepared to succeed in their roles by providing structured and visually appealing content.
Challenges
New employees often feel overwhelmed by poorly organized policies and internal documents, which can hinder their efficiency and set them up for failure. Each department must equip new employees with the necessary tools to excel. Currently, no designated person consistently provides this information.
Solution
Atracore proposed an automatized system: Develop an Onboarding eLearning and Synchronization with client Active Directory. The new staff will log in (using their office 365 Account) on the Onboarding platform without any registration needed. The process is easy to follow. In this way, in their first week at the company, every employee will automatically receive an email/invitation with the Onboarding course link. They will access the link and will be able to follow the Onboarding course to which they were assigned. So, instead of reading lots of papers, they now have an interactive and dynamic course, nicely designed, with vocal assistance. The documentation will be incorporated into a 40-minutes course, available at any time, and optimized both for desktop and mobile.
