Complex Tourism Platform Development for JEKA

JEKA operates a unique business model, distinct from traditional travel agencies, which required a custom platform to manage all their operations. This included the integration of accounting systems, calendars, and compliance with the diverse legislation across Western Europe.

The goal was to develop a comprehensive platform that would centralize JEKA’s tools and processes, ensure compliance with  local tax and accounting laws, and simplify operations despite the  complexity of working with multiple volunteers and frequent changes in client stakeholders.

Over a period of approximately 3 years, we developed a sophisticated platform tailored to JEKA’s specific needs. The platform integrates all the tools required for daily operations, including calendars, financial management, and compliance with accounting legislation across various Western European countries. This solution supports the unique business model of closed-group tours and the management of  JEKA’s own facilities.
