GDPR / PRIVACY POLICY

GDPR clause: Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC – Atracore SRL – undertakes to manage confidentially and safely for the specified purposes only, the personal data you provide about yourself, a family member or other person under legal conditions, in compliance with the legal security measures and confidentiality of data.

We are committed to protecting and processing your personal data in the best possible way and we are obliged to do so by law, understanding that in the exercise of the services provided by Atracore SRL the ethic, confidentiality and privacy rules apply.

Our approach is in line with the recommendations of the General Data Protection Regulation. Atracore SLR – processes the personal data received directly from you, as the data subject, or indirectly during the commercial / contractual relations.
