Context

Adecco Group is the world’s leading provider of HR solutions. They provide a wide variety of services in over 60 countries and territories around the world. Their offer includes temporary staffing, permanent placement, career transition and talent development, outsourcing and consulting.

Challenge

Having become part of a staffing programme for one of the leading companies in Healthcare & Pharma, Adecco turned to Atracore for a solution to improve internal communication and coordination within the program. The initial phase of the project implied the on-boarding of six Western European countries and envisaged immediate growth of the business into the Nordics.

Atracore’s solutions: recruitment and integration

After the consultations with the main stakeholders in the project, to get quickly to a scalable result, Atracore proposed a solution at two levels, with two initial actions: the employment of a programme coordinator near-shore, with a strong integration in Adecco’s online [staffing] platform. The program coordinator employed by Atracore is based in Romania and has become the single point of contact for all the countries involved in the project, as well as for the Managed Service Provider. The former is directly subordinated to the International Accounts Director of Adecco and:

  • acts as a bridge between all the parties involved in the program and maintains efficient communication thereof;
  • coordinates the recruitment within the program and ensures the submission of appropriate profiles;
  • ensures adequate management of the online Vendor Management System used within the program and supervises the users’ activities;
  • acts as a super-user in relationship with the other users of the platform;
  • provides innovative solutions when difficulties occur.
Client’s benefits in working with Atracore

  • a strong talent pool of well-trained graduates in language courses from Cluj-Napoca, where prestigious universities are based;
  • a higher stability in terms of salary cost than in Bucharest;
  • the location of the outsourced team in the same time zone, which is a critical element in engagements where online interaction is a must
  • trained and well inducted employee, who is ready to start the delegated activities with no hassle at all
